• Renewable Integration and Challenges – Explore key considerations for connecting renewable sources to the grid.

• Importance of EMT Studies in Renewable Energy – Understand the role of Electromagnetic Transient (EMT) studies for effective system planning and operation. Demonstration of PSCAD Renewable Models – Witness the practical setup and behavior of PSCAD models for renewables.

• PSCAD SMIB Test Demonstration – Learn about Single Machine Infinite Bus (SMIB) tests and how they contribute to renewable integration.

• Renewable Plant Design Applications – Discover essential design strategies for efficient and reliable renewable plants.

• Wide Area Network Studies for Renewables – Gain insights into wide area network (WAN) studies and their importance in the reliable integration of renewable sources.

• Discussion & Demonstration on SSCI – Participate in an interactive session on Subsynchronous Control Interaction (SSCI), focusing on implications and mitigation strategies.
